We represent borrowers as well as developers in documenting and negotiating real estate secured loans and related transactions, and negotiating and coordinating the payoff, assignment, and assumption of existing loans.

Our experience includes acquisition, development and construction loans, conduit loans, and mezzanine and other high-yield loans. We also have experience in formation of private equity funds, and completing due diligence and portfolio due diligence.
