We have the experience negotiating and drafting brokers’ listing agreements, letters of intent, option agreements, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, assignments, affidavits, and other documents required in connection with the closing and any other contracts required in connection with the transaction. These include loan documents, sale-leaseback agreements, and 1031 exchange documents. We also negotiate the form and content of ALTA land surveys and title and other insurance policies.
We also help clients select title companies, surveyors, due diligence consultants, environmental consultants, civil and structural engineers, local counsel, and other professionals required in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property.
